I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff, especially Mr. Emad, were incredibly welcoming. Mr. Emad went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing outstanding support and even upgrading my room, which was a delightful surprise. The room itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean and much larger than I anticipated. Every corner of the space was well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. Additionally, the location of the hotel is perfect for travelers looking to explore the city, as it is central and convenient. The staff here are commendable; everyone was polite and attentive, consistently ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness greatly enhanced my visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, clean and spacious accommodations, and a prime location makes it a top choice. Thank you, Mr. Emad and the rest of the team, for making my stay so memorable!

Especially *Komail* .. the most courteous... the most helpful and hard working, he knew his guests well and learned the names and cars and room numbers by heart not just doing his basic job. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and it was spacious, clean and everything needed was available. The location is fantastic a walk away from malls and restaurants.
